That I take responsibility of my experience.

“I am able to see that it is my thoughts, what I say, the things I do, the beliefs I empower and my attitudes that are creating my experience; it is not my circumstances. I don’t have to be a victim of any of these ways of being. I am considering that none are automatic; all are chosen or can be chosen. Certainly I have trained myself to respond to certain situations or events in particular ways, but that’s my point. I have trained myself, and I can retrain myself. That’s the good news. I am not stuck with anything unless I choose to be.” -Engelhart
